What is Rhinoplasty or Rhinoseptoplasty?

What will return to normal?
After surgery, and especially during the first 24 hours, you will face swollen, bruised, upset over the nose and headache surely, that will transfer with analgesia and anti-inflammatory ruled.

However, your plastic surgeon will give you specific instructions, some recommendations will avoid strenuous activities such as jogging, swimming, gymnastics … for 2 or 3 weeks, avoid hitting nose and sunbathe for 8 weeks, and wash your face, apply makeup carefully. You can put yourself back lenses as soon as you like, but if you wear glasses you should take certain precautions.

The improvement is progressive and gradual, but may be maintained a minimum swelling, especially at the tip, for several months. Make sure also that a family member or companion can take you home when you are to be discharged and, if necessary, can help a few days.
